Remodelling garments with care

At Tailor's Touch, each project starts with an in-person review of the garment and the requested result. That first look helps define what can be changed, what should be preserved, and where the fabric may set clear limits.

For redesign work, the concept is reviewed before any additional work begins. This keeps the process practical and makes sure the agreed direction reflects the garment's condition, construction, and available material.

Every piece begins with a close assessment of fabric, seams, and fit limits.

Garment remodelling can give a well-loved item new purpose while respecting what the original piece can still do.

Remodelling can include dresses, skirts, shirts, jackets, and selected accessories made from reused fabric. Vintage pieces and sentimental garments are handled with particular care so their character remains part of the final result.

Turnaround depends on the project scope, and any supplementary materials are quoted separately when needed. Final fit and finish are checked again at collection, with small adjustments handled carefully when required.
